Canon Character Section (disregard if applying for an original character)
Physical Description: Cinna is a broadly built individual who moves surprisingly delicately for his size. He has long tapered fingers that are kept clean and well manicured. He tends to avoid the capitol trends of exaggerated nails or claws. While he has worked with plastic surgeons and oversaw people undergoing major transformations he himself is overprotecting of his look and modifies himself as minimally as possible.

It's worth noting that he has tattoos covering the upper half of his chest and down his arm. In his youth he experimented with all over tattooing. He got halfway through before his grandmother influenced him to stop it and embrace "who he was and what his ideals were." In teaching him a sense of self and a sense of his family's past he gave up the idea of an outward identity illustrated with super mods or new organs.

The tattoos remain however. One is a dragon (a symbol of a former company that he worked for.) a cross (chances are a lot of religious symbols have lost their meaning in the capitol and become hot "clique" items in terms of defining identity. Chances are he joined it and then learned about it's actual meaning. The flowers symbolized that he was willing to go both ways (sleep with men and women). He indulged in this culture and had intended an entire body modification-until his Grandmother stopped him.

Honestly, while he has nose piercings and ear piercings, those are considered minor modifications-similar to dying hair and getting your nails done. He doesn't honestly notice it and the only reason he hasn't worn his nose-rings is because they've fallen out of favor. Having only recently become a capitol stylist, he's more aware of capitol trends...however it's worth noting that while all of the other stylists are trying to become ghosts or large ocelots Cinna has stayed normal. He survives on real talent and is genuinely a decent person. He's unusual-simply because of the way the world treats his talent.

In the capitol we're taught that appearance is what most of the people rely on, and apart from the idea that they have become so desperate for something new to do that they're willing to implant whiskers into their skin and turn their hands into claws or color themselves with spots says that they haven't seen anything new or unusual. Either way, a great deal of feeling is placed on appearance. Cinna, despite being normal is considered a bit of an outcast for not looking odd if you follow the way the book goes. Consequently, he tends to be very aware of how people look and unconsciously adapts to current social trends.

Sexuality: Honestly we never see Cinna behave sexually. He's a character who acts on the periphery. It's obvious he has experience with sex, as he recognizes Peeta's feelings and does his best to cater to him/work to create that dynamic.
